Overview

24-band, 1500 W vehicle jamming system covering 20-6000 MHz to protect government, professional and VIP convoys from remote controlled improvised explosive devices. DDS-based digital signal source, one jamming module per band, American Mil-spec dustproof/shockproof cases, wired remote control panel in the driver's cabin and an optional folding roof antenna platform.

The jamming system is a high power DDS convoy jamming system implementing broadband jamming technology with a fully-integrated broadband jamming system. It is designed to protect government, professional and VIP convoys from the threat of Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIEDs), a challenge faced in many parts of the world.

The system covers continuously and simultaneously all the RF communication frequencies from 20 MHz to about 6000 MHz which are most commonly used by terrorists to detonate road-side bombs (RCIEDs) and fly-the drones. Adopting the latest jamming technologies, the jamming system features ultra-high RF transmission power of 1500 watts, making a bigger shielding range around the vehicle.

The machine body adopts DDS technology, fully sweeping the jamming frequency bands so that it results in more efficient jamming and longer shielding coverage. It is enclosed in an American Mil-spec case that is dustproof, shockproof and drop-resistant.

The single-module design makes maintenance easier - any damaged module can be taken off and changed easily without interfering with the other modules' normal working. System management, including activation and control, is carried out through a wired remote control unit installed covertly inside the driver's console.

Once the system is activated it transmits a unique noise signal which creates a "firewall" between the transmitter (terrorist) and its receiver (explosive device). Modularity is the core of the design - 24 modules plug and play, each band on its own module, so future upgrading, change and maintenance touch only the affected module.

Any ruin on the modules never interferes with the normal operation of the other modules, and a spare module is available to be kept in a worse-field environment. Operation can regulate the working frequency band and the output power of each module through the software, so configuring a specific frequency band can ensure internal communication in emergency.
