Mobile Command Vehicle

Rolls a complete operations center to any location — self-contained, powered and ready to coordinate in minutes

Overview

The Mobile Command Vehicle houses a full command, control and communications suite inside a hardened, climate-controlled shelter body on a heavy-duty truck chassis. Multi-network gateways fuse HF, VHF, DMR, LTE and satellite links into one operating picture across four to six crew workstations, while bonded satellite and IP backhaul keep the platform connected off-grid. An on-board generator with UPS backup, a pneumatic mast and a networked video wall let a team stand up a working operations center anywhere, with no fixed installation.

The hardened shelter body carries four to six crew workstations, dual-position dispatch consoles and a networked video wall along the forward bulkhead, with rear and side access via lockable weatherproof doors and integrated fold-down steps.

Multi-network gateways bridge HF, VHF, DMR, LTE / cellular PTT and satellite links into a single dispatch picture, letting operators patch, cross-connect and record calls across otherwise incompatible networks from one console.

A pneumatic telescopic mast raises antennas and a pan-tilt-zoom camera to a working height of up to 12 m, extending line-of-sight radio reach and site coverage without repositioning the vehicle.

Backhaul combines auto-acquiring satellite terminals with bonded IP links, sustaining aggregate throughput of up to 100 Mbit/s so voice, video and data flow back to a parent operations center in real time.

On-board power is delivered by a 15 kVA diesel generator paired with a UPS bank that carries the full load for 30+ minutes, giving seamless changeover between generator, shore power and battery with no interruption to live operations.

A dual-zone HVAC system holds the interior at a stable working temperature across an ambient range of -30 to +60 C, protecting both crew and rack-mounted electronics through extended shifts in the field.
