Overview
Combines a mission-critical DMR radio and an Android 10 smartphone in one rugged IP68 device. Registers on DMR and LTE with the same ID and switches automatically to the optimal bearer; adds dual HD cameras for live streaming, precise indoor/outdoor positioning, 128 dB audio with AI noise cancellation, and a full security stack (TrustZone, FDE, AIE, E2EE).
The radio harnesses narrowband and broadband technologies in a single handset to provide mission-critical voice, photo and video capture, positioning and more, enabling seamless communication between a DMR network and public networks such as 2G, 3G, LTE and WLAN. Because it registers on both DMR and LTE with the same ID, it can always pick the optimal network for smooth and reliable voice indoors or out.
Dual HD cameras (13 MP rear, 8 MP front, plus support for an external camera) let the operator capture on-site stills and video and push them to another radio or the command centre in real time. Positioning combines GPS/Galileo/GLONASS/QZSS/BDS/A-GPS outdoors with LBS and WLAN indoors.
Audio uses an enlarged front chamber and professional acoustic design for up to 128 dB output, with AI-based noise cancellation, echo cancellation and wind-noise reduction. The Android platform supports system-level apps developed by FAAB and third parties.
Security spans authentication, software and hardware encryption, TrustZone system protection, full-disk encryption (FDE), air-interface encryption (AIE), end-to-end encryption (E2EE) and remote control. Radios can be managed remotely in batches - upgrade, programming, permission control, key configuration, app management, device health management and data backup/recovery.
