Overview
DMR-standard mobile radio for in-vehicle or desktop use with 1024 channels, up to 50 W transmit power, colour display, remote control head, analog+digital dual mode, optional full duplex call and single-frequency repeater mode, GPS for AVL, MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G and IP54. Technically identical to the mobile radio brochure.
Built to the DMR standard, the radio is presented as the ideal solution for in-vehicle or desktop communication, combining ergonomic design, all-round digital functions and high quality. The large colour display remains clear under strong sunlight and seven ergonomic programmable keys speed up operation.
A remote control head kit lets the console and main unit sit at separate locations. The radio operates in analog and digital modes for a smooth migration path, carries DTMF, 5-tone, HDC1200 and 2-tone analog signalling and supports basic and advanced encryption for voice and data.
Optional Single Frequency Repeater mode receives on one timeslot and forwards on the other to extend DMO range; optional Full Duplex Call reaches PD80X, the radio, telephones or cell phones in DMO or RMO mode. Telemetry gives real-time remote monitoring and control, the positioning chipset feeds AVL applications, roaming is automatic across IP Multi-site Connect sites, and a back-to-back cable between two radios bridges analog and digital systems cross-band.
Anchor the vehicle and desk end of a DMR fleet with high transmit power, loud audio and the interfaces needed to bridge systems and feed fleet-management applications.
