Communication & Observation Vehicle
Heavy-duty vehicle for operational area radio spectrum monitoring and control.

Overview
Heavy-duty vehicle for operational area radio spectrum monitoring and control. Detects 1 MHz - 8 GHz with panoramic scanning at 300 GHz/s (25 kHz step), direction finds 20 MHz - 8 GHz to within 1.5 degrees RMS, records broadband AD data at up to 819.2 MB/s over 160 MHz bandwidth, and holds better than 30 ns timing synchronization without an external clock.
The Communication & Reconnaissance Vehicle is deployed in heavy-duty units and used in formation with detachment vehicles for operational area radio spectrum monitoring and control. It is multi-service integrated - with the ability of 1 MHz to 8 GHz band signal detection, it provides panoramic spectrum scanning, wide and narrow-band signal reception, wide-band acquisition and storage, narrow-band IQ data storage and output, and multi-resolution wide-band spectrum output.
Broadband high-speed signal acquisition provides real-time AD data storage with a bandwidth of up to 160 MHz and a storage rate of up to 819.2 MB/s, which meets the demand for broadband AD data recording under different electromagnetic environmental conditions. High-precision autonomous time harmonization comes from a built-in timing module providing high time synchronization accuracy of error <=30 ns and high frequency accuracy of error <=0.1 Hz among multiple devices without the need for an external high-precision clock.
High-speed panoramic spectrum scanning adopts advanced RF control technology to realise a 300 GHz/s (at 25 kHz) panoramic scanning rate, which provides support for efficient search and interception of TDMA, frequency hopping and burst signals. The vehicle also possesses the ability to operate command and control system software and can work jointly with radar, optoelectronics, anti-drone and similar assets to form a systematized crisis-fighting capability.
Give a large-team its own spectrum picture - find, characterise and bearing-fix hostile emitters while remaining a working communications node in the formation.
