Command & Dispatch
Command & Control Center
A turnkey operations room — video wall, operator consoles and an integrated dispatch core that unifies every radio, camera and data feed.

Overview
The FAAB Command & Control Center is a complete, turnkey operations room: a large-format video wall, ergonomic operator consoles and control-room engineering built around an integrated communication and dispatch platform. It unifies radio networks (DMR, analog, MPT), telephony, video and data services on one switching core, so dispatchers and commanders share a single operational picture and coordinate response in real time.
A complete command room delivered as one project: video wall, operator workstations, acoustic and lighting design, and the server room that powers them.
The dispatch platform platform provides unified access, an integrated switch and an application service platform capable of horizontal interconnection, vertically multi-level dispatch, and management based on authority and region. Its architecture is layered - a Video Wall layer, an Interface layer exposing an SDK (API / ActiveX / Webservice / unified alarm call-taking) plus functional interfaces (trunked radio, conventional, telephone, group patching, locating, status, LTE, PoC, video, recording, multimedia conference, group call, E2EE), a Service layer of 1~N General Servers, 1~N Media Servers and 1~N MRPS Servers, and an Access layer of Gateway Server, Telephone Gateway, DS-6610 MPUC and DS-6610 VPUC with per-technology access gateways (PDT, TETRA, MPT, conventional, SIP, telephone, short-wave, PoC, LTE, video surveillance).
Dispatch components combine access equipment (DS-6610 MPUC, DS-6610 VPUC, gateway server, PSTN gateway), service equipment (basic server, multimedia server, MRPS server) and the dispatch platformapplications (standard PC console, IP SD-800, Surface tablet console) to realise interconnection among multiple systems and unified dispatch across them. The document also covers control-room engineering - 3D designs of the command & control centre in several layouts and an operator workspace design - and deployment patterns for interconnecting to DMR/TETRA (CSSI to FAAB's MSO), MPT (wireless access through a vehicle-mounted mobile radioradio station), digital conventional (IP wired access for FAAB systems, wireless for other manufacturers), LTE (B-TrunC/3GPP standard), PSTN/PABX (E1 PRI via PSTN gateway with PRI signalling) and CCTV (GB/T28181 protocol for video source browsing and camera PTZ control).
A backup solution provides server backup with cold-data dual write (one copy of hot data) and heartbeat-driven active/standby the platform servers; ongoing business is lost during failover but clients and gateways reconnect automatically.
Let a command centre run every radio technology, telephone network and video source it owns from one console set, and dispatch across them without replacing the underlying systems.
