Wellheads:

Our product range includes a complete line of Wellhead and Christmas Tree components for use in upstream oil and gas exploration and production.  As well, artificial lift wellhead systems are also available.  Included are products such as Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP), Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) and Composite Pumping Tree (CPT) systems.  Working pressures range from 2000 to 15,000 psi and they are designed for single and multiple completions, high and low temperatures and for all types of service conditions.

Gate Valves:

Features a full bore/thru conduit design, sealing without lubrication, inline repairability and protected long-life seats.  Standard gate valve models can also be equipped with single or double-acting hydraulic and pneumatic actuators with manual override, and fail-safe closed or open systems.  They are available for all types of applications including wellhead, christmas tree, ESD, choke and kill manifold systems.

3 Main Gate Designs:

– Solid Slab Gate
This design is made for demanding choke and kill manifold applications and for use as a safety shut-off valve operated by an hydraulic or pneumatic actuator.

– Parallel Expanded Gate
Expanding gates give an extraordinarily high mechanical seating seal force which acts simultaneously against both seats.

– Split Gate
Features a metal-to-metal seal between the gate and seat.

Check Valves:

FAAB check valves are available in Swing Check, Piston Check, Water Check and Subsea

Check valve configurations.  Also available are a wide range of accessories including counterbalance arms and weights, lever lock assemblies, rovane slam retarders and proximity limit switches.

A variety of tough products and materials are available to accommodate severe service conditions.  In corrosive and erosive applications, the clapper and the mating seat faces on swing check valves can be overlaid with Stellite, Alloy 625, 316 or 410 stainless steel.  In extremely corrosive applications, Alloy 625 and duplex stainless steel are available to provide maximum protection.
