Drill Pipes
Drill pipe is used to drill deep and extra-deep oil and gas wells. The distinctive feature of this pipe is the substitution of friction welding for threaded connection between pipe and tool-joint.
Owing to high strength properties and precision of manufacture, drill pipe with welded tool-joint features higher performance and improved reliability that makes it possible to increase the drill speed and reduce the fault rate.
To meet the Customer requirements more completely provision is made for manufacture of two pipe length groups of 8.0 to 8.6 m and 1.19 to 12.5 m. Pipe technical properties comply with API Spec 5D requirements.
To avoid corrosion each pipe is covered with rust- preventive coat. Pipe thread is coated with anti-corrosion grease and covered with protective caps and nipples. Grades: E75, X95, G105, S-135
