Line Pipes
Line pipes are manufactured under API 5L PSL1, PSL2, and other specifications.
The applied steel making process assurs chemically pure steel with low sulphur and phosphorus content (sulphur 0.002-0.005%, phosphorus 0.007-0.008%).it allows improved corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties.
Rust preventative water-based paint is applied on outside pipe surfaces to protect against normal atmospheric corrosion during transportation and storage;
• 3-layer protective PE coating or FBE coating can be applied on external surfaces of pipes in the diameter range of 4-1/2”to • 3-layer protective PE coating or FBE coating can be applied on external surfaces of pipes in the diameter range of 4-1/2”to 16”upon Customer’s request;
• If required, the pipes can be delivered with metal caps at both ends to protect bevels.
