OCTG
As oil and gas wells go deeper with ever higher pressures, temperatures and more corrosive conditions, requirements for OCTG products are increasingly severe. FAAB GROUP offers a premium OCTG product to fit any well condition and with an extensive research and development program is developing the OCTG of the future.
OCTG products are being developed with different grades of steel, chemical composition and mechanical properties such as hardness, fatigue strength, resilience, resistance to corrosion, burst resistance and collapse resistance.

o Casings
The casings can be produced according to our customer’s special requirements exceeding API for mechanical properties, corrosion-resistance, cold-resistance and quality control. Casings that are mentioned below are few API
5CT steel grades of casings by FAAB GROUP.
Grades: H40 – J55 – K55 – M65 – N80 – L80 / type1 – L80 / 13Cr – C90 – T95 – P110 – Q125

Connections: BC, STC, LTC
The outside casing surface is covered with black varnish. Threads, shoulders, sealing and tapered surfaces of pipe and Pin end are covered by anti-corrosion thread compound. Box end is covered by special thread compound recommended by clients.
